Quick Chicken Curry

All ready to serve in less than 15 minutes! No chopping veg or meat, or cooking chicken from raw!

How to make:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Add a splash of oil and the onions to a large pan over a medium heat.

Cook for 2 minutes until softened.

Add the sauce, chicken and spinach and stir. Bring to the boil then simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring regularly until the chicken has warmed through and the spinach has defrosted.

Whilst the curry is simmering cook the naan in the oven for 2-3 minutes, and microwave the rice as per the cooking instructions.

Serve and enjoy!

  • 100g frozen diced onions
  • 4 frozen spinach blocks
  • 2 x Tiori Basmati Microwave Rice

Can I cook the chicken slices straight from frozen?

A: Yes! Our chicken slices are fully cooked and can be used directly from frozen. For hot dishes, simply add them toward the end of cooking until heated through (approximately 2-3 minutes).

These are quickest to defrost in the microwave, place on a microwave plate on full power for 1-2 minutes. But remember you don’t need to defrost these before cooking, simply add to the sauce frozen to heat through. 

Once opened, use within 3 days for optimal freshness. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.

While our slices are already cooked, you can certainly add them to grilling recipes! For best results, add them toward the end of cooking just to heat through and get those delicious grill marks, about 1 minute per side.
